Terms of use and sale

1. The merchant

2. The service

AdminGuide offers tools for your documents: PDF editing and signing, compression, photos to PDF, PDF ↔ Word conversion, table extraction to Excel, document comparison and a PowerPoint generator. Most tools run in your browser; Excel extraction and the PowerPoint generator use our servers and a processing provider, as explained in the privacy policy.

3. Your account

• A free account comes with 3 free operations, once per person and per device.
• An account can stay signed in on two devices at a time; signing in on a third closes the oldest session.
• You are responsible for access to your email address, which is used to sign in.
• You can delete your account at any time from the “My account” menu.

4. Plans and prices

• 24-hour Pass: USD 3.99, one-time payment, access to every tool for 24 hours from payment. It does not renew.
• Pro monthly: USD 9.99 per month. Pro yearly: USD 79.00 per year. Access to every tool, renewed automatically each period until cancelled.
• Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees.
• Payment is processed by Stripe; AdminGuide never sees your card numbers. A receipt is emailed to you.
• Fair use: “unlimited” plans cover normal personal or professional use, up to 200 online operations (Excel, PowerPoint) per day. Tools that run in your browser are not limited.

5. Cancelling Pro

• You can cancel at any time, free of charge, from “Manage my subscription”.
• The subscription stays active until the end of the period already paid, then stops; nothing is charged afterwards. The current period is not refunded pro rata.
• If we change a subscription’s price, we notify you by email at least 30 days before the period concerned; you can then cancel free of charge.

6. Refunds

• 24-hour Pass: refunded in full on request to bonjour@adminguide.ca within 24 hours of purchase, if it was not used for any operation.
• A technical problem on our side that prevents you from using a paid plan entitles you to a refund of the affected period.
• Refunds go to the payment method used, within 15 days of the request being accepted. A refunded Pass ends when the refund is made.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use AdminGuide to process or share illegal content, to infringe the rights of others (copyright, privacy), to get around the limits of the service (multiple accounts for the trial, abusive automation) or to disrupt it. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, after telling you except in an emergency.

8. Your documents and the results

• Your documents remain yours. AdminGuide does not keep them (see the privacy policy).
• Check the results before relying on them, especially tables extracted to Excel and generated presentations: automated processing can make mistakes.
• The signature added with the PDF editor is an image of your handwritten signature. It is not a certified digital signature: its legal value depends on the document and how you use it.
• Redaction permanently removes the hidden content of the pages concerned, which become images. Keep a copy of the original if you need it.

9. Availability and liability

We do what is needed to keep the service available and reliable, but cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, AdminGuide is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the tools. Nothing in these terms limits the warranties or remedies the law gives you as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example when adding a tool. For a significant change affecting an active subscription, we notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel free of charge. The update date is shown at the top of this page.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. For any question, refund request or complaint, write to bonjour@adminguide.ca: we reply within 10 business days. You can also contact the Office de la protection du consommateur (opc.gouv.qc.ca).
